Green Card
Adjustment of Status is the legal process that allows eligible individuals already present in the United States to apply for lawful permanent resident status, commonly known as a Green Card, without having to return to their home country for consular processing. This process is available to individuals who meet specific eligibility requirements, such as having an approved immigrant petition and a current visa number.
Adjustment of Status is commonly used in family-based, employment-based, asylum, and other immigration categories. Consult attorney Jorge Rivera to see if you are eligible.
