JORGE RIVERA
IMMIGRATION ATTORNEY
Attorney Jorge Rivera was born in Puerto Rico and completed his Juris Doctor in the University of Puerto Rico in San Juan. He moved to Tampa, Florida in 2012, and dedicated himself to the legal field.
But his experience with Immigration started many years before that, when he served as a Border Patrol Agent with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, and as a Special Agent with ICE (U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement). This experience gave him the opportunity to see and understand the stories of hundreds of immigrants in search of their dreams. He discovered his true passion and made the decision to become an immigration lawyer; to specifically help the immigrant community, and navigate with them through the complexities of the system.
An active and decorated jiu jitsu athlete, Jorge understands the discipline and drive it takes to succeed, as well as the sensibility to overcome challenges. To this day, he collects a binder of postcards, hand-written letters of each individual and family whose lives have been changed and that are forever thankful for helping them achieve their immigration dreams.
He is not only devoted to his wife and kids, he is a compassionate man who gives his heart and soul for his people, his immigrant community. To him it’s all about building life changing moments. Attorney Jorge Rivera speaks three languages, Spanish, English, and basic Portuguese.
ARIEL AGUILERA

If there were three words to describe Ariel, it would be integrity, determination, and hard-working. Ariel not only has a degree in paralegal studies, he counts with more than 8 years of experience in customer service in the medical field. Dealing with people from all walks of life has made him a compassionate human being and a competent professional. His ability to proactively know how to help people and his close attention to detail has made him an asset to our team. All who encounter Ariel can immediately notice his professionalism and knowledge. He is completely fluent in Spanish and English and enjoys spending time with his family and close friends.
ROXANA GONZALEZ
PARALEGAL
If anyone were to meet Roxana, they would immediately notice her happy spirit and a constant smile. Her previous experience in customer service (in Spanish and English) with corporate and international corporations, gives her an edge at working directly with clients. Prior to being an essential part of the T8 Immigration team, she worked with other immigration attorneys and brings that knowledge to our firm. She brings a unique gift, to do great work, having a positive attitude, and also make work fun! In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, listening to interviews on YouTube, and reading books. Her personal motto is simple: “Always help others and kindness will come back to you.”
GABRIELA RAMIREZ
ACCOUNTS MANAGER
Gabriela comes from a background of marketing and advertising. She successfully managed her own company as creative director in the advertising field and worked for advertising agencies for over 18 years. With this experience, she learned effective time management and excellent organizational skills. This, and her talent for clear communication, has led to her success in now managing T8 Immigration. She promotes and emphasizes on a personalized service for all clients.
Outside of work, Gabriela is a dedicated mother and cares for her family and pets more than anything. She has been married to Jorge Rivera for over 15 years, and just like her husband, she loves seeing the change in people’s lives.
